PMP Launches Charity Partnership To Help Victims Of Modern Slavery

PMP Recruitment, part of the Cordant Group, has launched a partnership with the charity organization Unseen that will help raise vital funds and supplies for the victims of modern slavery.

The recruitment specialist will promote a fundraising event every month during 2018, while offering support to victims who may be seeking employment opportunities while seeking to rebuild their lives.

PMP will work with the Cordant Group's portfolio of expert brands to provide free support to Unseen's internal recruitment campaigns, which include functions such as safe home managers, support workers and communications officers.

In addition, the recruitment specialist will help help survivors of modern slavery to return to independent living through support in occupational health, return to work schemes, learning and flexible placement at work.

Jamie Reynolds, CEO of PMP, said: "Unseen offers a fantastic job, and we will seek to offer support and raise vital funds that will be used to help many poor people who have been victims of modern slavery practices."

In September 2017, Cordant Group announced that it would become the largest social enterprise in the United Kingdom, reinvesting all its profits in initiatives and programs designed to improve lives and society.
